12/10/2008As the cost of living increased, so have my rates. In light of recent downturns, I have reduced them accordingly.

Design is anything that encompasses providing layout(s) of any electrical component. If you or a designer, or an engineer, or whomever, does not provide a clear-cut scope of work, then the time I spend helping to create or finalize a concept is billable. If you cannot finalize the design yourself and you do not want to pay me for this input, you need to contact someone else to put it together for you.

Programming for Lutron or Litetouch systems

Finding and sometimes fixing whatever is wrong.

If they are tough installs, this will go up, I will be glad to explain it. There are things like crawling through spaces under a home filled with rat feces, routing through Eichler style homes, a LOT of blow-in insulation in attics, etc.
